A commitment

to the vineyards

Respect for the earth and all living things

Champagne de BARFONTARC and its member winegrowers work together to continuously improve how they work. This requires a deep respect for the land and the people who work on it. Our winegrowers benefit from cutting-edge technical support, which allows them to develop increasingly sustainable viticultural practices.

And we have proof of that: 80% of the vineyard is certified with the Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne label (we aim for 100% by 2030) and HVE (High Environmental Value) labels.

Excellent know-how, excellent quality

Combining patience, rigor and creativity: this is the daily challenge faced by the cellar master throughout the winemaking process. Thanks to more than 60 years of expertise, BARFONTARC Champagne knows the importance of details: harvesting at the right time to get the best out of the grapes, vinifying with the least possible artifice to let the terroir express itself fully… The result is singular champagnes, with a style and taste of exemplary consistency.A commitment to excellence rewarded by ISO 9001 certification and numerous awards and medals at international competitions.
