Summer brunch
During the summer, enjoy a summer brunch in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, on our Natural Area "Derrière le Moulin". Fresh local produce, fruit, fruit juices and, of course, Champagne from BARFONTARC! A tasty interlude in the heart of nature.

11:00 am: arrival of participants
11:30 am: Brunch begins at the Espace Naturel Derrière le Moulin
Brunch contents :
- 1 glass of Mimosa (champagne cocktail)
- 1 bottle Héritage Brut for 2 people
- Platter of local products: chaource cheese, slices of trout, fromage frais, smoked ham and terrine
- Fruit juices and fresh fruit
