Appearance
A deep yellow colour with coppery glints.
Nose
A spicy and gourmet nose with notes of yellow and red candied fruit and aromas of pastries and honey.

PALATE No.1
This cuvée reveals notes of red fruit, enhanced with a hint of spice. Its fullness and delectable flavours are balanced with a delicate freshness that creates a beautiful fruity structure.

Opulent: a champagne with plenty of fruit, aromatic expression andtexture.
Flavourful: the full, round mouthfeel makes this champagne a joy to taste.

PALATE No.2
This cuvée expresses impressive power with notes of cherry and plum. Its generous fullness comes with an assertive vinosity, which creates a refined structure and a long finish.

Mouth-filling: a champagne that fills the entire palate.
Vinous: recalls the structure of a still wine.
Cyanotype No.3
[SWEET]
PALATE No.3
This generous cuvée has a gourmet roundness, sustained by beautiful freshness. Aromas of candied fruit, mango and honey blend subtly.

Round: a champagne with a rounder, supple, mouth-filling character.
Generous: the hallmark of a sunny vintage.
Food pairings
Each of these three versions offers a different experience when enjoyed as an aperitif. The wines can also be poured throughout a meal: version No.1 Nature is perfect before dinner or with seafood starters such as shellfish or sashimi. No.2 Originale is a great match for gourmet dishes such as scallop risotto or poultry supremes served with seasonal vegetables. No.3 Sweet is ideal for fruity or tangy desserts, such as strawberry or lemon meringue tarts. All three versions pair wonderfully with fresh, mature, hard or creamy cheeses.
